Winter Camp 2017

Training ranges from endurance workouts to small group technical training that focus on self-defense and key body point vulnerabilities. Hanshi Sharifi will guide all participants through a rigorous weekend of challenges designed to help all students reach new levels of abilities and understanding of Karate.
